Veteran Valor Farm Partnership
AHI proudly supports Veteran Valor, a local non-profit dedicated to helping Veterans transition from homelessness to stability. By partnering with Veteran Valor, we help fund their efforts to provide a safe and purposeful environment where Veterans can rebuild their lives.

Linden Grove Veteran Apartments
Located on the St. Cloud VA Medical Center campus, Linden Grove Veteran Apartments offers 37 units of permanent, affordable housing with priority placement for Veterans. AHI is the managing partner of this alcohol and drug-free community, which provides access to healthcare and vital services to help Veterans achieve stability.

Supporting Every Third Saturday
Supporting Every Third Saturday (ETS) is a Twin Cities-based non-profit that serves homeless Veterans. AHI has partnered with ETS to provide necessities like shoes, bags, and blankets to those in need. We also supported the renovation of their new facility near the Minneapolis VA campus to expand their services.

Holiday Cheer Initiatives
Through our Holiday Cheer program, AHI collaborates with local companies to provide gift cards, groceries, bus tickets, and more to Veterans and homeless families across Minnesota during the holiday season.

Solid Ground Partnership
AHI supports Solid Ground’s HomeFront program, which provides affordable housing and supportive services to Veterans in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. With a 97% housing stability success rate in 2020, HomeFront is changing lives, and AHI is proud to play a part.
